Return DHL International

The return label with DHL Express is valid for 1 week at a International DHL Express Service Point (not a post office) or with pick-up. 

Option 1: Drop off your shipment at a service point - Drop off your package at any DHL Express Service Point. Find your preferred location here. 

Option 2: Book a courier pick-up 

Follow this link to schedule the pickup online.

1. Choose the country where you are located from the drop-down list.
2. Click on the menu Schedule a Pickup. Select "Do you need to create a shipping label?" and answer "no".
3. Enter Waybill number and your phone number included in these instructions to schedule the pick-up.

It is important to attach your Proforma Invoice on the parcel or hand it over to DHL at the desk or driver. Sometimes the service point has the rutin that it is the DHL driver who scans the return label. Your Proforma invoice can be found in the same file as the return label that was sent to your email.
