The goods must be in their original condition, in the original packaging, and with all the labels attached. The return will not be accepted if the garment has been worn or washed. Swimwear can be returned if all tags, labels, and plastic protection are still attached and the product is unused, and still in its original packaging. Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If the return is not approved, Röhnisch reserves the right to charge a cost for any reduction in value of the goods.
